The present invention relates to a CO2-enriched open top chamber for researching trees which comprises the following: a chamber (100) with the lower side touching the ground； pipes (310,320) which are installed on the bottom of the chamber； vertical discharging pipes which are connected to the pipes and installed vertically inside the chamber, and include plural spraying holes on each wall； and a CO2 supplying unit (800) which is installed outside the chamber for supplying CO2 to the pipes. CO2 can be uniformly dispersed inside the chamber by uniformly locating the vertical discharging pipes through a main pipe and a secondary pipe, therefore the size of the chamber can be enlarged to form a large scale research facility. The reliability of the tree research is increased by forming the environment inside the chamber regarding CO2 similar to the estimated environment of the far future after 50 to 100 years through constantly controlling the interconnection of the CO2 concentration inside the chamber.
