To provide cooking oil-and-fat composition, which can add hydrogenation smell flavor for a food in spite of a reduction in trans fatty acid content, and to provide a food, which has flavor of hydrogenation smell despite the food being cooked using cooing oil-and-fat composition and the trans fatty acid content of which is reduced.
SOLUTION: It is characterized by using oil-and-fat composition, which contains 0.5 to 15 mass% of partially hydrogenated oil as a cooking oil-and-fat and the melting point of which is 50° C or less and exceeding 40° C.
