The method is devised for preparation bioactive hydrolysate, which has sexual function improvement activity from poultry bone and livestock bone. Poultry bone and livestock bone via homogenization, heating by water bath, and cooling with flo wing water. The sample were then digested for 2-4 h. The enzymatic hydrolysis was terminated by heating, collected and centrifuged, lyophilized, and gathered the hydrolysate which can increase the nitric oxide(NO) content in human endothelium cell, then improves erectile dysfunction. This invention will bring benefits to increase the additional value of bone and reduce the livestock slaughter house waste.本發明為一種以家禽、家畜骨頭水解物提煉改善勃起藥劑之方法,其係取家禽或家畜之骨頭,經加水絞碎混合、水浴加熱、流水冷卻、加入酵素進行水解2-4小時、水浴加熱以停止酵素反應、流水冷卻、離心機進行分離、濾紙過濾及乾燥所製成,而獲取可單獨使用或添加於食品中以增加內皮細胞中一氧化氮含量而達改善勃起功能障礙效果之水解產物者。本發明可提升家禽或家畜骨頭之附加價值,減少畜產骨頭廢棄之污染。
