The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a fermented tea extract and a fermented tea extract manufactured therefrom. More particularly, the present invention relates to a food or pharmaceutical composition containing an extract green tea as an active ingredient, which is fermented by using mushroom mycelium as a fermentation strain in a solid phase.
