PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food product with at least two phases of sol and gel where a border between the phases is clear, and a production method thereof.SOLUTION: The invention can provide a food product with at least two phases of sol and gel, where at least one of the phases is mixed with either low methoxyl pectin and calcium, deacylated gellan gum and calcium, or fermentative cellulose, thereby having a clear border between the phases.
