PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an object moving device which is hard to occur inclination when moving a movement object.SOLUTION: An object moving device comprising a move member, a drive mechanism for moving the move member, and an inclination prevention mechanism for preventing inclination of the move member. The inclination prevention mechanism has an elastic member which is telescopically moved along a direction of movement of he move member, and a connection member which is connected to the move member and one end of the elastic member, the elastic member has plural connection member fixation parts, and the other end of the elastic member is fixed so that the elastic member is telescopically moved in association with movement of the move member. When the elastic member becomes inclined when the move member is moved and a balance of an energization force which is applied to the connection member by each of the plural connection member fixation parts becomes lost, the elastic member increases at least one of energization forces for energizing the plural connection member fixation parts so as to return the energization force applied to the connection member by each of the plural connection member fixation parts to a balanced state, so that inclination of the move member is prevented via the connection member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】移動対象物を移動させる際に、傾きが生じにくい対象物移動装置を実現する。【解決手段】移動部材と、移動部材を移動させる駆動機構と、移動部材の傾きを防止する傾き防止機構と、を備える対象物移動装置。傾き防止機構は、移動部材の移動方向に沿って伸縮する弾性部材と、移動部材と弾性部材の一端とに固定される連結部材とを有し、弾性部材は、連結部材が固定される複数の連結部材固定部を有し、弾性部材が移動部材の移動に合わせて伸縮するように他端が固定され、移動部材が移動する際に傾こうとすることで、複数の連結部材固定部のそれぞれが連結部材へ与える付勢力の均衡が崩れようとすると、弾性部材が複数の連結部材固定部を付勢する付勢力の少なくとも一つを増減させて複数の連結部材固定部のそれぞれが連結部材へ与える付勢力を均衡した状態に戻すことで連結部材を介して移動部材の傾きを防止する。【選択図】図１
