PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a freshness-preserving member capable of effectively preserving freshness of a foodstuff, and a method of producing the same.SOLUTION: A powdery zeolite impregnated with a bamboo extract is produced by impregnating a powdery zeolite with a bamboo extract and subsequently drying the same.
