A large amount of erythrocytes among blood components are accommodated in a blood storage portion after centrifugation, and a small amount of PRP can be accommodated in the middle of the funnel portion having a small diameter, thereby facilitating extraction of a small amount of PRP. In addition, even though the amount of erythrocytes depends on an individual, the position of the funnel portion can be controlled by the configuration of a connection wing portion and the funnel portion, and thus it is possible to precisely locate PRP at the funnel portion. Further, a sterilizing gas can be injected into the plasma extraction kit through the injection hole of the open/close cap, thereby facilitating sterilization.
