The lower cover combined with the outside of the internal stopper and the outside lower end of the lower storage unit.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013본 발명은 혈액 분리 및 PRP 농축을 위한 일체형 키트 및 이를 이용한 PRP 추출방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 1개의 키트를 이용하여 혈액 분리 및 PRP(Platelet Rich Plasma) 농축을 원스텝(one step)으로 수행할 수 있는 일체형 키트 및 이를 이용한 PRP 추출방법에 관한 것이다. 상기 혈액 분리 및 혈소판 풍부 혈장층(PRP) 농축을 위한 일체형 키트는 (a) 상부 저장부, 하부 저장부 및 상기 상부 저장부와 하부 저장부를 연결하는 통로부로 구성된 본체 (b) 상기 상부 저장부 상단에 결합되는 상부덮개 (c) 상기 하부 저장부 하단 내부에 삽입되어 하부 저장부를 밀폐시키는 내부 마개 (d) 상기 내부마개에 형성되어 있는 홀을 관통하면서 상하로 이동이 가능하며, 상기 통로부를 밀폐시키는 폐쇄용 조절나사 및 (e) 원심분리시 상기 내부마개에 결합되어 있는 폐쇄용 조절나사가 이탈되는 것을 방지하기 위하여 상기 하부 저장부 하단 외부 및 상기 내부마개 외부와 결합되는 하부덮개를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따른 혈액 분리 및 혈소판 풍부 혈장층(PRP) 농축을 위한 일체형 키트를 이용하면 원심분리 후 분리된 혈장층을 별도의 혈액농축용기에 옮겨담지 않고 원스텝(one step)으로 혈액으로부터 혈소판 풍부 혈장층(PRP)을 추출할 수 있으므로, 공기중 2차 감염을 최소화 할 수 있다.
