An enteric nutritive composition intended to favor the growth and maturation of immature gastro-intestinal tracts of young mammals, which contains: - a mixture of dietary protein hydrolysates that have a degree of hydrolysis in a range from 10% to less 50%, being in the form of a mixture of peptides of different sizes and free amino acids, the free amino acids being present in an amount of up to about 20% by weight of the total protein content, (each calculated as nitrogen x 6, 25), - intact proteins that are partially in the form of bioactive peptides, and wherein the dietary protein hydrolysates contain at least about 5% (by weight of the total protein content calculated as nitrogen x 6, 25 ) of hydrolyzate with a degree of hydrolysis of about 40% and at least about 5% of hydrolysates with a lower degree of hydrolysis.Una composición entérica nutritiva destinada a favorecer el crecimiento y maduración de tractos gastrointes- tinales in-maduros de jóvenes mamíferos, la cual contiene: - una mezcla de hidrolizados de proteína dietéticos que tienen un grado de hidrólisis en un margen desde el 10% hasta menos del 50%, estando en forma de una mezcla de péptidos de tamaños diferentes y aminoácidos libres, estando presentes los aminoácidos libres en una cantidad de hasta aproximada- mente el 20% en peso del contenido total de proteína, (cada uno calculado como nitrógeno x 6, 25), - proteínas intactas que están parcialmente en forma de péptidos bioactivos, y en donde los hidrolizados de proteína dietéticos con- tienen por lo menos aproximadamente el 5% (en peso del contenido total de proteína calculado como nitrógeno x 6, 25) de hidrolizado con un grado de hidrólisis de aproximadamente el 40 % y por lo menos aproximadamente el 5% de hidrolizados con un menor grado de hidrólisis.
