The device has a crusher with crushing rollers that are provided with chopping knives. The two parallely-arranged planetary towers (21,22) of the gear (20) are connected to a drive motor through a drive shaft (1) and to the crushing rollers through two output shafts (2,3). The longitudinal axes (A2,A3) of the output shafts in a first plane (E-Ab) are set above a second plane (E-PT) in which longitudinal axes (A21,A22) of the planetary towers are formed. The longitudinal axis (A1) of drive shaft is centered between longitudinal axes of towers, below the second plane.
