According to the present invention, a device for obtaining information regarding a target included in a radiological image includes: a target removal unit which receives a two-dimensional image including a first target for image processing and a second target at least partially overlapping with the first target and removes a second target from the input two-dimensional image； and a first area information obtaining unit which analyzes the area having the first target distributed therein while having the area overlapping with the second target removed therefrom in the two-dimensional image without the second target to obtain first area information regarding a first area defined as the area having the second target distributed therein. A target processing method includes: the steps of removing the second target in the two-dimensional image； and a step of obtaining the first area information.본 발명에 따른 방사선 영상에 포함된 타겟 장치는, 영상 처리를 하고자 하는 제1 타겟 및 제1 타겟과 적어도 일부 영역이 중첩되는 제2 타겟을 포함하는 2차원의 영상을 입력 받고, 입력된 2차원의 영상에서 제2 타겟을 제거하는 타겟 제거부 및 제2 타겟이 제거된 2차원의 영상으로부터, 제2 타겟과 중첩되는 영역이 제거된 제1 타겟이 분포하는 영역을 분석하여, 제2 타겟이 분포하는 영역을 포함하는 영역으로 정의되는 제1 영역의 정보를 획득하는 제1 영역 정보 획득부를 포함하고, 입력된 2차원의 영상에서 제2 타겟을 제거하는 단계 및 제1 영역의 정보를 획득하는 단계를 포함하는 방사선 영상에 포함된 타겟 처리 방법을 포함한다.
