INSTRUMENTAL SYSTEM FOR A LATARJET PROCEDURE The invention relates to an instrumental system for fixing a bone graft on the scapula, remarkable in that it comprises a positioning instrument which comprises: - two branches equipped at one end with a jaw in opposite which the graft is positioned, the two branches approaching one another by a translational movement, and - a drilling barrel including a first hole and a second hole separated by a distance and dimensioned for the passage and guidance of a bone drilling bit.
