PURPOSE: A peanut sprout production method and apparatus are provided to maximize cost reduction in a mass-production system by simplifying a cultivation process of peanut sprout and recycling a nutrition solution. CONSTITUTION: A microorganism solution including photosynthetic bacteria, lactobacillus, and yeast is provided. A mineral solution including at least two mineral components is provided. A mixture is formed by mixing the microorganism solution, the mineral solution, and water. The mixture is watered on or from a side of a plurality of peanuts, and the mixture is recycled to continuously or periodically water the peanuts until peanut sprouts are cultivated. The mineral solution has a eluted pH in a range of 3 to 7 as the microorganism source solution including photosynthetic bacterium, lactobacillus, and yeast contacts and reacts with rock or mineral. The mineral has a different content of each composition according to the composition of the rock, wherein the mineral includes a total amount of 3,000 ppm to 10,000 ppm of potassium, calcium, magnesium, and iron. The mixture includes the microorganism solution, the mineral solution, and water at a ratio of about 1:1:100. When the peanut sprouts are produced, peanut hypocotyl is grown in an ambient environment at a temperature of 30°；C and a relative humidity of 85% or higher until sprouting initiation. After the sprouting initiation, the peanut hypocotyl is grown by maintaining a temperature of 24 to 25°；C and a relative humidity 85% or higher.
