According to the present invention, a diagnosis and surgery assistance apparatus having a spherical joint and a hinge joint includes: a main plate (1)； a head plate (2) which is connected to the upper part of the main plate (1) by a first spherical joint (30)； an arm plate (10) which is connected to the side of the main plate (1) by a second spherical joint (40)； a leg plate (20) which is connected to the lower part of the main plate (1) by a third spherical joint (60)； an arm hinge joint (50) which is arranged on the arm plate (10)； and a leg hinge joint (70) which is arranged on the leg plate (20). The first to third spherical joints (30) can be driven at multiple degrees of freedom. The arm hinge joint (50) and the leg hinge joint (70) can be driven at a first degree of freedom. The present invention enables various location settings for patients requiring to the diagnosis and surgery through controlling the joints.본 발명에 따른 구상 관절 및 경첩 관절을 갖는 진단 및 수술 보조장치는 메인 플레이트(1), 상기 메인 플레이트(1)의 상측에 제1 구상 관절(30)에 의해 연결되는 헤드 플레이트(2), 상기 메인 플레이트(1)의 측방에 제2 구상 관절(40)에 의해 연결되는 아암 플레이트(10), 상기 메인 플레이트(1)의 하측에 제3 구상 관절(60)에 의해 연결되는 레그 플레이트(20), 상기 아암 플레이트(10) 상에 배치되는 아암 경첩 관절(50), 및 상기 레그 플레이트(20) 상에 배치되는 레그 경첩 관절(70)을 포함하고, 상기 제1,2,3 구상 관절(30)은 다자유도로 구동하고, 상기 아암 경첩 관절(50) 및 상기 레그 경첩 관절(70)은 1자유도로 구동된다.본 발명은 복수개의 관절에 대한 제어를 통해 진단과 수술을 요하는 환자를 위해 다양한 위치 설정을 가능하게 한다.
