Grinding-equipment arrangement for grinding apparatus for fibrous, in particular vegetable material, which equipment is made up of a carrier 10 and at least one rim connected to same of segments 42 of hard material which form the equipment's grinding surface, whereby the segments and the carrier are provided, on their opposite sides, with wedge-shaped grooves 22 and teeth which engage with each other. The width of the grooves and teeth reduces radially outwards. In each segment, one radial lateral edge 48 is parallel with preferably the nearest groove edge 44, while the other radial segment edge 50 diverges outwards relative to the groove so that the segments on mounting from the inner side are read radially outwards with their lateral edges coinciding with each other.
