PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem found in a conventional system that a freezer has a capability for performing a simultaneous cooling of several water tanks in the case that indirect cooling using brine and the like is performed when a temperature of liquid in the several water tanks and the like is adjusted and as heat exchangers at the water tanks, the heat exchangers having capability corresponding to a capacity of the water tanks are required to be installed when several water tanks are cooled at once, a total amount of capability of the freezer and a capability of heat exchangers at several water tanks correspond to each other, however, the decreased number of water tanks to be cooled causes the capability of the freezer to become excessive due to limited cooling capability of the heat exchangers at the water tanks and a capability more than that of the heat exchangers at the water tanks not to be exhibited even if the capability of the freezer is present, and additionally an irregular distribution of temperature occurs in cooling of the water tanks due to application of throwing-in type heat exchangers.SOLUTION: Another circulating-type heat exchanger using brine or refrigerant is installed in addition to a throwing-in type heat exchanger in a water tank and cooling capability of a freezer is fully utilized to cool concentrically the water tank requiring its cooling, convection flow occurs in the water tank to eliminate irregular distribution of temperature.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】 複数の水槽の液体等の温度を調整する際にブライン等を使った間接冷却の場合、冷凍機は複数の水槽を同時に冷却できる能力を有しますが、水槽側の熱交換器は水槽の容量にあった能力の熱交換器を設置します。複数の水槽を一度に冷却する場合は冷凍機の能力と複数ある水槽側の熱交換器の能力との合計が合うのですが、水槽を冷却する数が減ると水槽側の熱交換器の冷却能力が限られているので、冷凍機の能力が過多になり、冷凍機の能力があっても水槽側の熱交換器以上の能力を出せません。また、水槽の冷却は投げ込み式熱交換器の為温度ムラが生じます。【解決手段】 水槽内の投げ込み式熱交換器以外に、ブライン又は冷媒を使って、別の循環式熱交換器を設けて冷凍機の冷却能力を余すとこなく利用して、冷却を必要とする水槽を集中して冷却し、また、水槽内に対流ができ、温度ムラが無くなります。【選択図】図1
