The present invention relates to a sanitary napkin which increases an absorption rate by dispersing menstrual blood and improves tactility in a skin contact portion. The sanitary napkin includes an upper sheet, a lower sheet which is combined with the upper sheet on an edge, an absorber which is accommodated in a space between the upper sheet and the lower sheet, and a plurality of guide units which are arranged in rows on the upper surface of the upper sheet to allow partial surfaces thereof to cross each other, guide menstrual blood to the upper sheet which disperses menstrual blood and is arranged on the bottom, and prevent menstrual blood from remaining on a skin contact surface.본 발명은 생리혈을 분산하여 흡수율을 증가시키고 피부에 닿는 부위의 촉감을 개선할 수 있는 구조를 가지는 생리대에 관한 것으로, 상부시트, 상기 상부시트와 테두리부위에서 결합되는 하부시트, 상기 상부시트와 하부시트의 사이의 공간에 수용되는 흡수체 및 상시 상부시트의 상면에서 상호 일부면이 교차되도록 후방측으로 열을 지어 배열되어 생리혈을 분산하고 저부에 배치되는 상부시트로 생리혈을 안내하여 피부와 접촉되는 상면에서 생리혈이 잔류하지 않도록 하는 복수의 안내유닛을 포함하는 생리대를 제공한다.
