PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable diaper which prevents an excreted stool from making direct contact with a skin of a wearer and absorbs and retains urine and the stool excreted by the wearer by reliably separating them to effectively prevents skin troubles.
SOLUTION: The disposable diaper 1 is equipped with an absorber 22, a top sheet 18 which is disposed to cover the upper surface of the absorber 22 and is at least partially made of a liquid-permeable material, a back sheet 20 which is disposed to cover the lower surface of the absorber and is made of a liquid-impermeable material, and a skin contact sheet 14 which has a stool passage opening part 28 and is disposed above the top sheet 18. The disposable diaper 1 has a raised part 77 formed in a raised manner in a part located in the upper part of the skin contact sheet 14 and at the outer rim of the stool passage opening part 28.
