The present invention refers to a device for collecting pet excrements or vomits, which has the shape of an inverted "Y", which is provided at the upper end thereof with a hair grip-like handle that allows opening and closing the "Y" arms, and at the lower end thereof it comprises an arm provided with a concave sheet and the other arm provided with a container including the replaceable bag where the waste will be deposited, with the arms being joined by means of an articulating point. The sharp end in the form of a spatula of the mechanism arms, sweep and catch all the excrement regardless consistency thereof and without leaving traces, thus allowing collection of pet hard or doughy excrements and vomits in a hygienic and environmentally friendly manner, as well as different sized excrements.La présente invention concerne un dispositif permettant de collecter des excréments ou du vomi d'animaux de compagnie, qui adopte la forme d'un Y inversé, qui est pourvu à son extrémité supérieure d'une poignée de type pince à cheveux qui permet d'ouvrir et de fermer les bras du Y, et qui comprend au niveau de son extrémité inférieure un bras pourvu d'une feuille concave et un autre bras pourvu d'un récipient comprenant un sac remplaçable où vont être déposés les déchets, les bras étant joints au moyen d'un point d'articulation. L'extrémité pointue se présentant sous la forme d'une spatule constituée des bras du mécanisme permet de balayer et de retenir tous les excréments indépendamment de leur consistance et sans laisser de traces, permettant ainsi la collecte d'excréments durs et mous et de vomis d'animaux de compagnie de manière hygiénique et respectueuse de l'environnement, ainsi que d'excréments de tailles différentes.
