The cap includes a cap body (22), a flow path opening member (19) which is mounted to a tubular section (21a) of the cap body, and a connection holding structure which can keep the cap connected to a connector. The flow path opening member includes: a communication section (19a) which includes a piercing section (194) capable of breaking the thin film and also includes a flow path capable of allowing the liquid substance, which has been filled into the container body, to flow out to the outside of the nutritional agent container and a tubular section (19b) which is integrated with the communication section (19a) and is disposed around the communication section.
