A cover is pivoted to the container to selectively open or close the accommodation space of the container. A cutter is provided inside the cover. A suspension body is pivoted inside the cover and is rotatable between a first position where the cutter is located in a mouth formed in the suspension body and a second position where the cutter protrudes out of the mouth of the suspension body.
