PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk motor which is excellent in heat radiation and an electric power tool which is equipped with the disk motor.SOLUTION: A disk motor 3 includes an output shaft 31 and a substantially discoid shape coil part 36 having a coil 36B and a commutator 35A. The coil part 36 is coaxially fixed to the output shaft 31, and magnets 38 are disposed around the coil part 36. A penetration hole 36b, which penetrates through the output shaft 31 in the axial direction, is formed over an entire circumference of the output shaft 31 serving as a center of the hole.
