PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk motor which facilitates electrical connection between a commutator disk and a coil disk compared with the case where the commutator disk and the coil disk are provided on both sides of a flange in a configuration having the flange, and to provide an electric working machine having the same.SOLUTION: A coil part 36 as a coil disk group is adhered and fixed to an upper surface of a flange 37B. A commutator disk 35 is adhered and fixed to an upper surface of the coil part 36. The coil part 36 is configured by laminating first to fourth coil disks 361-364. A through-hole 367 vertically penetrates through from the commutator disk 35 to the fourth coil disk 364, and is communicated with an air hole 370 formed to the flange 37B. The through-hole 367 and the air hole 370 form a path of airflow.
