PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric motor which has a rotor constituted of a printed wiring board, and is easy in manufacturing and assembling, and a working machine equipped with the motor.SOLUTION: The motor comprises an output shaft 52 rotatably supported to a housing, a rotor 53 fixed to the output shaft 52 and constituted of the printed wiring board, and a stator fixed to the housing and constituted of a magnet which opposes the rotor 53. The printed wiring board is constituted of a coil commutator disc 62 and a coil disc 63. A conductor pattern of a coil is formed in a commutator region 80 of the coil commutator disc 62.
