PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a liquid imparted with an object substance which is insoluble, poorly soluble or sparingly soluble in the predetermined liquid.SOLUTION: An apparatus for producing an aroma imparted liquid includes: a microbubble liquid producing unit 10 and an aroma component imparting unit 11. The aroma component imparting unit 11 imparts an aroma component being one of object substances to nitrogen gas, and supplies the aroma imparted nitrogen gas to the microbubble liquid producing unit 10. The microbubble liquid producing unit 10 produces water containing microbubbles that retain the aroma component, as an aroma imparted liquid. The microbubble liquid producing unit 10 includes: a microbubble producing nozzle 2 pressurized liquid producing unit 3 delivery piping 41 auxiliary piping 42 return piping 43 a pump 44 and a liquid storage unit 45. In the pressurized liquid producing unit 3, a gaseous matter containing the aroma component and water are mixed in a mixing nozzle 31, and a mixed fluid 72 becomes a pressurized liquid 71 under a pressurized environment and is led to the microbubble producing nozzle 2. When the pressurized liquid 71 is jetted from the microbubble producing nozzle 2, microbubbles are deposited.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
