PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid mixing apparatus which can mix liquid agents with a high precision mixing ratio and can attain energy saving.SOLUTION: The liquid mixing apparatus 1 is provided with a pipe conduit part 7 where fluid circulates and a liquid agent supply channel 17 for supplying the liquid agent to the pipe conduit part 7. The liquid mixing apparatus 1 is provided with a liquid agent supply mechanism h2 which is disposed at the liquid agent supply channel 17. The liquid agent supply mechanism h2 is driven by a driving device utilizing a liquid flow in the pipe conduit part 7. Preferably the pipe conduit part 7 has a branch pipe conduit part 7b. Preferably the liquid agent supply mechanism h2 is driven by a driving device utilizing the liquid flow in the branch pipe conduit part 7b.
