PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a safe and accurate treatment in performing a plurality of treatments by a high-frequency treatment device inserted into a body cavity through a treatment instrument insertion channel of an endoscope and to facilitate operation of selectively supplying a fluid of a different property into the body cavity by a simple constitution.
SOLUTION: Two kinds of the fluids are supplied to a supply flow passage of the fluids sprayed from a fluid passage 18 inside a flexible sheath 2 through a spray passage 16. First and second fluid inlets 20, 21 are provided on a connection pipe 3 where the flexible sheath 2 is coupled. The coupling part 26a of a piping 26 from a liquid sending pump 25 of a liquid supply means 22 is detachably connected to the first fluid inlet 20, and the coupling part 30a of a piping 30 from the gas supply control device 29 of a gas supply means 23 is detachably connected to the second fluid inlet 12.
