The present invention generally provides a method and a system for eliminating odor smell generated by organic matter contained in hot steam. The method comprises: (A) cooling the hot steam that carries odor smell into water mist that carries the odor smell (B) separating the water mist that carries the odor smell of step (A) into water and gas that carries the odor smell and (C) combusting the gas that carries the odor smell of step (B) to eliminate combustible organic matter with the un-combustible gas left.
