PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical information processing apparatus and a program, capable of evaluating movement in a rotational direction.SOLUTION: A medical information processing apparatus includes an acquisition part, a detection part, and a calculation part. The acquisition part acquires depth image information including coordinate information and depth information of a subject existing in a three-dimensional space. The detection part detects a portion of the subject from the depth image information on the basis of the depth information.
