PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for manufacture of a tube plate and a tube plate device.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a process for manufacture of a tube plate in which a plurality of separate thin tube plate segments are formed, a plurality of holes each of which is used for storing a tube plate filtering pipe are formed at each of the thin plates under predetermined patterns, all the plurality of tube plate segments are lined up in such a way that a hole pattern of each of the thin plates is aligned with hole patterns of all other thin plate of a plurality of tube plate segments, further in order to form a single tube plate, all the tube plate segments are integrally fixed. This invention relates to a tube plate device including a tube plate segment in which each of a plurality of holes is used for storing a tube plate filter tube, the holes are arranged at each of the thin plates under a predetermined pattern, they are plurality of individual thin tube plate segments, all the hole patterns in each of the thin plates are lined up to cause each of them to be lined up, and a fastening tool for integrally fixing all the tube plate segments.
