Disclosed is a tracheal tube catheter comprising: an outer tube having an inner insertion portion to be inserted into the organ of a patient and a coupling portion arranged at the top of the inner insertion portion an inner tube having an outer insertion portion to be inserted into the outer tube and a fixing member arranged at the top of the outer insertion portion and fixed at the coupling portion and a neck plate detachably coupled to the coupling portion of the outer tube and made of a flexible material. A stopper protrusion and a locking groove are formed respectively at the coupling portion of the outer tube and a portion of the neck plate contacting each other so as to prevent the movement of the neck plate relative to the outer tube.La présente invention concerne un cathéter pour canule trachéale comprenant les éléments suivants : un tube externe possédant une partie dinsertion interne devant être insérée dans lorgane dun patient et une partie daccouplement placée en haut de la partie dinsertion interne un tube interne possédant une partie dinsertion externe devant être insérée dans le tube externe et un élément de fixation placé en haut de la partie dinsertion externe et fixé sur la partie daccouplement et une plaque de col accouplée amovible à la partie daccouplement du tube externe et constituée dun matériau flexible.
