PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable variable magnetic field magnetic therapy unit that can be used attached to the user's skin, and the variable magnetic field can be produced in a wide range even if the user does not move.SOLUTION: A variable magnetic field magnetic therapy unit of the present invention is a portable variable magnetic field magnetic therapy unit 1 that is used attached to a user's skin S. The variable magnetic field magnetic therapy unit includes: an inner space 21； a container 2 having a bottom surface 24 coming into contact with the skin S when the variable magnetic field magnetic therapy unit 1 is attached to the skin S； a magnet part 3 rotatably stored in the inner space 21； and a rotary drive mechanism 4 for rotationally driving the magnet part 3 within a plane substantially parallel to the bottom surface 24 around a rotary shaft X extending in the direction being substantially vertical to the bottom surface 24. The magnet part 3 includes a magnetism shield part and a magnet.
