In an automatic medical examination method of the present invention, in which a domestic animal (50-1) is distinguished by an individual ID； the body temperature of the animal is measured； the animal with abnormal signs is checked by monitoring the body temperature all the time； the measurement of the appearance and movement for the animal with abnormal signs enables the determination of disease infection or pregnancy； the result of the determination is transmitted to the outside as a notification event； and therefore information on the animals with abnormal signs is automatically transmitted to farmers, veterinarians or other special animal management organizations, leading to the accurate diagnosis for the animal with abnormal signs, therefore, the present invention has the characteristics of firstly dealing with nationally notifiable communicable diseases having a latent period, like foot-and-mouth disease or avian influenza.본 발명의 실시간 자동 검진 방법에서는 사육 가축을 개별적인 ID로 구별한 개체(50-1)에 대해 체온측정이 이루어진 다음, 상시 모니터링되는 체온을 이용해 이상 징후를 보이는 특정 개체가 체크된 후, 특정 개체에 대한 움직임 측정과 외형측정이 이루어져 질병감염 또는 임신 여부가 판단되고, 그 판단 결과를 알림 이벤트로 외부에 전송함으로써 질병 이상 징후를 보이는 의심 개체에 대한 정보가 자동으로 농장주, 수의사 또는 외부 전문 가축관리기관에 전송될 수 있고, 특히 이상 징후를 보이는 개체(50-1)에 대한 정밀진단이 신속히 이루어짐으로써 구제역이나 조류독감과 같이 잠복 주기를 갖는 법정 전염병에 대한 초등 대처가 신속하게 이루어지는 특징을 갖는다.
