PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article which minimizes the spread of soft feces or watery feces and prevents humor leakage and generation of dermatitis and eruption.
SOLUTION: A disposable diaper 1 is equipped with a top sheet 3 arranged on the surface side, a back sheet 2 arranged on the back surface side, and an absorber 4 placed between the sheets 2 and 3, and is provided with a feces pocket 4a to store and hold feces in the absorber 4. A high-absorbent polymer is mixed into the inner part of the absorber 4. On the top surface except the feces pocket 4a, the high-absorbent polymer 12 is unevenly distributed. Inside the feces pocket 4a, the high-absorbent polymer 12 is unevenly distributed along its peripheral wall part and bottom face part.
