PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable diaper preventing loose passage from remaining on a top sheet, and preventing excrement as a factor of causing inflammation of the skin from adhering to the skin of a wearer.SOLUTION: A disposable diaper 1 has a top sheet 2 which is obtained by connecting an upper layer nonwoven fabric 21 and a lower layer nonwoven fabric 22. The upper layer nonwoven fabric 21 has a plurality of through holes 23. The lower layer nonwoven fabric 22 is a three-dimensional sheet which has a pocket part 24 projecting to an absorber 4 side and having a hollow inner part, on a position corresponding to each of the through holes 23.
