A pharmaceutical composition is a formulation prepared by the raw materials in parts by weight: 1-300 parts of chlorogenic acid and 1-50 parts of Ganoderma lucidum spores oil, and the preparative process for said pharmaceutical composition was provided. Chlorogenic acid can be used compatibly with Ganoderma lucidum spores oil, with a synergistic effect. Inclusion technique is applied in product development to improve stability of oily liquid material Ganoderma lucidum spores oil and solid material chlorogenic acid obtained from the extract of Eucommia leaves. After inclusion by the inclusion technology, the liquid drugs become powder, and thus easily oxidized natural products could be protected. Moreover, the damage for active ingredients caused by air can be prevented, and the stability and the taste may get improved.
