PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair treatment preparation capable of imparting a natural luster and having good softness, finger combing properties and hand touch of hair and excellent persistence of the effects.
SOLUTION: The hair treatment preparation is obtained by including (A) a water-soluble vegetable oil, preferably a water-soluble olive oil, (B) a polyhydric alcohol and (C) a cationic surfactant. (D) An amino acid and/or a salt thereof, as desired, may be included.
