PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a uniting device so as to unit a joining rope easily with a fishery equipment-uniting and separating device. SOLUTION: This uniting device is to unit the joining rope with a uniting member connected with the fishery equipment at one end and formed with a uniting groove at another end and a fishery equipment-uniting and separating device capable of sliding for exposing or housing the uniting groove of the uniting member and having an opening and closing sleeve elastically supported in a housing direction for housing the uniting groove by an elastic member, and comprises a working board 110 having a supporting stage formed at the upper surface of it so as to load the fishery equipment-uniting and separating device connected with the fishery equipment on it and to support the rear end of the uniting member of the fishery equipment-uniting and separating device, a pressing plate 140 positioned at the front end of the opening and closing sleeve of the fishery equipment-uniting and separating device, and compressing the sliding the sleeve so as to expose the uniting groove of the uniting member of the fishery equipment-uniting and separating device, and an actuator 120 for driving the pressing plate.
