The present invention relates to a honey extractor, and more particularly, to a honey extractor enabling hygienic honey extraction by preventing foreign substance such as metal dust generated from a rotating device connected to a rotating shaft for rotating a comb from dropping inside a honey extracting cask, the honey extracting cask being made of a synthetic resin harmless to human body thereby improving structural durability. In the honey extractor according to the present invention, the honey extracting cask is made of the synthetic resin, and a metal rim is fixedly installed around an outer circumferential surface on a lower portion thereof and equipped with three supporting pieces. A bottom surface of the honey extracting cask has a central portion formed to protrude toward the inside of the honey extractor in order to firmly support a rotating shaft having a comb holder. A rotating shaft holder for supporting the rotating shaft and a rotating shaft bearing is integrally formed on the central portion. The upper portion of the rotating shaft having the combs is connected to a passive bevel gear penetrating a rotating device fixing rod to form a rotating device, wherein the rotating device fixing rod is installed across the upper portion of the honey extracting cask. A motorized bevel gear connected to a driving shaft is connected to the passive bevel gear, and two semi-circular covers are provided to the right and left sides of the rotating device fixing rod to seal the honey extracting cask. According to the present invention, since the honey extracting cask is made of the synthetic resin, the honey extracting cask is prevented from contamination. Since the honey extracting cask is formed to be dividedly manufactured, and then assembled, the present invention provides a beneficial effect of enhancing productivity and manufacturing efficiency. In particular, since the rotating device for rotating the comb is installed outside the honey extracting cask, and the
