The present invention relates to an apparatus for fixing a synthetic resin film of controlled horticulture, which comprises: a pedal which pivots about a first rotation shaft formed at one end thereof a rotary member which rotates around a second rotation shaft an arm in which one end thereof is radially extended from the rotary member, so the end thereof is rotated along a rotation direction of the rotary member as the rotary member rotates and an adhering member which is disposed on the arm to closely attach the synthetic resin film to a horticulture facility. The other end of the pedal and the rotary member are connected by a connection member, so the rotary member rotates in the same direction as the pedal pivots by being pressed so as to closely attach the synthetic resin film to the horticulture facility.
