PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rearing unit easy in putting in and out a cage, low in vibration and noise given to the cage when installing to the unit, and easy in attaching a means for supplying water into the cage.SOLUTION: The cage is housed in the unit by utilizing a flange set on a container of the cage, while an inlet-exhaust hood from an inlet-exhaust duct and positioned at the upper part of the cage is set to be freely retractable.
