PURPOSE: A stent wire processing device is provided to prevent a stent wire from bending to one side thereof and to prevent the deformation of the stent wire by changing the direction of bending stress applied to the stent wire. CONSTITUTION: A stent wire processing device comprises a feeding roller(100), a return roller(200), a vibrating unit(400), and a rotating unit. The feeding roller releases and feeds a stent wire. The stent wire fed from the feeding roller is wound on the return roller. In order to process the surface of the stent wire, the vibrating unit vibrates to hit the stent wire between the feeding roller and the return roller. The rotating unit rotates the feeding roller and the return roller at same rotating speed.상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명에 의한 스텐트 와이어 가공장치는, 스텐트 와이어를 풀어 공급하는 공급롤러； 상기 공급롤러로부터 공급된 스텐트 와이어가 감겨지는 회수롤러； 진동을 발생시켜 상기 공급롤러와 상기 회수롤러 사이의 스텐트 와이어를 타격함으로써 상기 스텐트 와이어를 표면처리하는 진동유닛； 상기 진동유닛에 의해 표면처리되는 지점의 스텐트 와이어가 길이방향 중심축을 회전축으로 하여 회전되도록, 상기 공급롤러와 상기 회수롤러를 회전시키는 회전유닛；을 포함하여 구성된다. 본 발명에 의한 스텐트 와이어 가공장치는, 하나의 진동유닛만으로도 스텐트 와이어의 외주면 전체를 고르게 표면처리할 수 있으므로, 스텐트 와이어의 표면품질을 현저히 향상시킬 수 있고, 스텐트 와이어의 표면처리 공정을 단순화시킬 수 있으며, 스텐트 와이어의 표면처리 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있다는 장점이 있다.
