The present invention relates to a smart electric fence, the smart electric fence having a plurality of support members； an electric wire connecting the support members； and a charging device for supplying power to the electric wire, wherein the supporting member comprises: a sensor unit housing which includes a sensor unit that detects the movement of the electric wire； a rotating bracket which is joined with the outer circumferential surface of the support member and slidably rotates around the support member； and an electric wire guide which is either fixed on the outer circumferential surface of the rotating bracket or that of the sensor unit housing, or integrated in the rotating bracket or the sensor unit housing, and includes an electric wire connecting member to which the electric wire is connected, and which rotates with the rotating bracket around the support member when tension is applied to the electric wire.
