In this invention, a connector unit (100) for an electrode catheter is constituted in such a manner as to include an insulation displacement contact cover (110, 140) for housing each of a plurality of electric conducting wires (40) gathered in a bundled state in the center and spread radially outward, a housing (160) joined to the insulation displacement contact cover (110, 140), and a plurality of contacts (170) arrayed into approximately a ring shape in the periphery of the central portion of the housing (160). When the insulation displacement contact cover (110, 140) and the housing (160) are joined, the plurality of electric conducting wires (40) and the plurality of contacts (170) are respectively connected via insulation displacement contacts.
