Disclosed is a cutting and feeding apparatus for hay, capable of ensuring the convenience of cutting and feeding of hay. The cutting and feeding apparatus for hay, of the present invention, comprises: a hopper including a front surface and a discharge port formed in a lower portion of one side, wherein the front surface is opened such that the roll-shaped hay, which is rolled in a circular shape and compressed, can be inserted into the hopper； a hopper support unit coupled with a surface of the hopper to provide support force capable of supporting the hopper, and having a mount part provided at one side so as to allow the hopper to be detachably mounted on a moving equipment； a hay rotation unit coupled with the hopper to be able to rotate, wherein the hay rotation unit compulsorily rotates and unwinds the roll-shaped hay, which has been inserted into the hopper, and moves the unwound hay in a cutting direction； a hay cutting unit coupled with the inside of the hopper to be adjacent to the discharge port, and cutting the unwound hay, which has been moved by the hay rotation unit, into a predetermined length； and a hay conveying unit coupled with the hopper to able to rotate such that the hay conveying unit is disposed below the hay cutting unit, wherein the hay conveying unit conveys the hay, which has been cut by the cutting unit, in a direction of the discharge port.건초용 절단 및 공급장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 건초용 절단 및 공급장치는, 원형으로 말아 압축한 롤 형상의 건초를 내부로 인입할 수 있도록 전면이 개방되며 일측 하부에 배출구가 마련되는 호퍼； 상기 호퍼의 표면에 결합되어 호퍼를 지지할 수 있는 지지력을 제공하며 상기 호퍼를 이동장비에 탈부착 가능하게 장착할 수 있도록 일측에 장착부가 마련되는 호퍼 지지부； 상기 호퍼에 회전 가능하게 결합되며 상기 호퍼 내로 인입된 롤 형상의 건초를 강제로 회전시켜 풀은 후 절단 방향으로 이동시킬 수 있도록 마련되는 건초 회전부； 상기 호퍼의 내부에 상기 배출구와 인접하도록 결합되며 상기 건초 회전부에 의해 이동되는 풀린 건초를 일정한 길이로 절단할 수 있도록 마련되는 건초 절단부； 및 상기 건초 절단부의 하부에 배치되도록 상기 호퍼에 회전 가능하게 결합되며 상기 절단부에 의해 절단된 건초를 상기 배출구 방향으로 이송할 수 있도록 마련되는 건초 이송부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
