Die Erfindung betrifft Oxazaphosphorine der Formel (I), worin R1 und R2 2-Chlorethyl oder H ist und R3 2-Sulfonatoethylthio- oder H ist, zur Therapie von Krankheiten, die durch das Tolerogen lndolamin-2,3-dioxygenase (IDO) verursacht oder aufrechterhalten werden, wobei die Oxazaphosphorine der Formel (I) einmalig in einer Dosis von höchstens 0,3 mmol/m2 verabreicht werden und so dem Tolerogen IDO entgegenwirken.
