A method of making a stable aqueous formulation comprising ibuprofen and paracetamol for administration by intravenous injection. SOLUTION: Ibuprofen 4 and paracetamol 5 are dissolved in an aqueous solvent 6 having a pH of 6.3 to pH 7.3 to adjust the pH to 6.3 to 7.3. The composition is suitable as a medicament, in particular for the treatment of pain and / or inflammation.
