The present invention relates to an aqueous ibuprofen and paracetamol composition of pH 6.3-7.3 and its use. This invention relates to a method for preparing a combination product of ibuprofen and paracetamol, comprising the step of dissolving 2.8 to 3.2 mg ibuprofen and 9.8 to 10.2 mg paracetamol expressed as per ml of said composition in an aqueous solvent of pH 6.3-7.3.
