The system includes: (a) a cylindrical basket with a hole, a degreasing coffee inlet at the lower end and a degreasing coffee outlet at the upper end, (b) an inlet on the surface of a cylindrical basket for access to the washing system； (c) a shaft, located in and between the coaxial lines, connected to an engine and capable of rotating the shaft； (d) an agitator connected to the shaft-to-shaft, capable of rotating the shaft and washing coffee；(E) coupling propellers on the bottom and bottom parts of the shaft that produce vertical upward flow of coffee； and (f) butt joint intermediate helium on the middle part of the shaft to produce rotational motion of coffee mass.
